heat shrinkable tape is a high-performance copolymer hot-melt adhesive as the adhesive layer, which is made of radiation cross-linked polyethylene as the base material and compounded under high temperature processing. Coupled with solvent-free epoxy primer, it is suitable for pipeline repair and anticorrosion, forming a three-layer structure anticorrosion layer, effectively protecting steel pipes.

Construction Program1, rust removal
A. Clear the oily grease and other debris on the anti-corrosion parts of the rust remover.B. When the weather is humid, preheat the steel pipe to 50 degrees before derusting. Derusting level reaches: Sa2.5 or St3.0 level.
C. Trim the outer anti-corrosion layer at both ends of the weld into a slope, and use emery cloth or wire brush to roughen the overlapped part.
2, tube body preheatingA. Adjust the baking gun to medium heat to bake and preheat the steel body. The preheat should be even, not too fast, and keep the temperature around the steel pipe consistent.
B. The preheating temperature is controlled and maintained to 60-80 degrees. Generally, the preheating time should not be less than five minutes, and the steel pipe with large diameter takes longer.
C. Use a thermometer to sample the temperature around the steel body. Do not directly measure the bare steel during temperature measurement. The measured temperature is to apply a little primer on the bare steel to measure the primer temperature.3, apply primer
A. Start to mix the primer when the steel body is preheated (generally ratio A:B=4:1 or A:B=5:1).
B. The primer must be evenly mixed. In winter, the primer can be pre-heated before mixing.C. Use a special brush to paint. Brush 2 to 3 times to make the thickness greater than 100 microns.
4, baking
A. Remove the packaging from the heat shrinkable tape, and bake the rubber surface of the heat shrinkable tape with a lap line with a small fire to make the rubber surface shiny.B. The baked end of the heat-shrinkable tape should be parallel to the steel pipe. The width of the overlap should be uniform. The heat-shrinkable tape should be attached to the steel pipe.
C. The other end is brightened with fire-baked glue, and then lapped by the lap line, and compacted with a pressure roller, and then sealed with a rubber strip.
D. Bake the adhesive strips with a small fire and apply the fixing sheet on top, symmetrical and even. Bake the edge of the fixed sheet rubber surface with medium heat and press it on the heat shrinkable tape with a pressure roller.e. After the fixing piece is installed, two persons (three persons are required to operate when the diameter of the steel pipe exceeds 1020) and start to bake in the middle of the heat shrinkable tape with medium heat (the flames of the two bake guns must not touch together, but must be symmetrical). When baking, follow the circumferential direction of the tube. Slowly bake and shrink from the middle to both sides, not too fast, wait for the heat shrinkable tape to shrink before moving forward and shrink (the flame cannot stop at one position, it is easy to bake the substrate).
F. After the iso-shrinkage is completed, use a small flame (medium heat for steel pipes with a diameter of more than 457) to increase the temperature in the axial direction of the steel pipe. When the temperature rises to about 200 degrees (the temperature after moving the spray gun for three seconds) and there is glue overflow on both sides, stop baking.
G, apply adhesive strips on both ends of the fixing piece, bake it over a low heat and shovel it flat with a putty knife. Clean the construction site and complete the operation.Note: 1. Windshield facilities should be installed when the wind is greater than level 2 during construction.
